These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between mm36 and the user of the platform ("you" or "player"). By accessing mm36.win, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have accepted and agreed to these Terms.

1.1Platform Definition

1.3Personal Use Only

2.1One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may open only one individual account on the mm36 platform. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts except one may be closed and the funds within them may be placed on hold.

2.2Providing Accurate Information

2.4Password Security

Players must keep their account login credentials (username and password) confidential and must not share them with any third party. All activities carried out using a player's login credentials will be treated as actions performed by that player, even if the player did not personally log in.

3.1Deposit Methods

The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Deposits will appear in the player's account immediately or shortly after the transaction is completed, depending on the method used.

3.2Deposit Time Match

Any issues or discrepancies related to a deposit must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of making the deposit for them to be investigated. Deposit complaints made after 24 hours cannot be resolved.

3.3Withdrawals

mm36 offers a 100% first deposit bonus — up to 200,000 Ks for first-time depositors. After the bonus is credited, you must meet a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Bonus payments may be changed at any time at mm36's discretion.
• There may be withdrawal restrictions while a bonus is active.
• If it is found that a bonus was obtained by accidental abuse or by improper means, the bonus and any related winnings may be voided.
• A player does not receive a bonus on every deposit — eligibility applies only when the conditions stated on the promotions page are met.

4.3VIP Cashback Program

In the mm36 VIP program, players can move up through tiers based on their play volume and receive cashback. The four VIP tiers are —

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP cashback will be paid out once per week. Payment amounts and conditions will be handled in accordance with mm36's operational policy.

5.1Fair Play

All games offered on the mm36 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. No player can predict game results in advance.

5.2Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited on mm36 — all players must comply —

• Using software, bots, or IT tools to play
• Attempting to hack the platform system
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in Poker or Live games
• Treating customer service staff or other players with inappropriate criticism or abusive language

5.3Game Order and Competition
